Summer Camp - Art of the Masters
Art of the Masters – Summer Camp
Have you ever wanted your child to learn more about artists like Rembrandt, Botticelli or Donatello? Or maybe they’re interested in more contemporary game changers like Salvador Dalί and Pablo Picasso?
If you’ve dreamed of such an opportunity then you’ll love this camp.
Art of the Masters is a four-day summer camp that will focus on artists at the forefront of the artistic movements that changed the way we look at art and ultimately the world.
Your child will learn all about incredible and awe-inspiring periods in art such as the Renaissance, Impressionism, Cubism, and Surrealism through the Modern Age. Your child will also find out about what inspired some of the most famous contributions in Art History such as Leonardo Da Vinci’s Mona Lisa as well as the creative processes of Modern masters like Vincent Van Gogh, Salvador Dali, Joan Miró, George Braque and more.
Avianne Academy of Arts offers the very best for kids of all ages with the Summer programs we offer in both Livermore (at the Bothwell Arts Center) and San Carlos (located at the Art Center of Redwood City and San Carlos). Each camper will get exposure to the creation of Fine Arts in 2D as well as, if time allows, 3D.
Over the duration of the camp, our curriculum is specifically designed to get your children’s creative juices flowing and excited about the possibilities of their own creative potential. Although it’s fast-paced in comparison to our other class modules, it is still comprehensive and also inclusive. However, please know that we accommodate all levels: beginners, intermediate and advanced. We can accommodate your child from novice to prodigy. At the conclusion, each will be awarded a certificate of participation which they can keep with pride with their new works of arts created.
As an added bonus to the value we are providing in this fantastic opportunity, ALL materials will be provided by Avianne Academy of Arts. the only two things that YOU have to do is register your camper and then show up. No extra legwork is needed. We will supply all of the acrylic paints, graphite, charcoal, colored pencils, watercolors and markers necessary for the 2D art. In addition, should we have enough time to do a 3D project, the clay for the 3D portions of the curriculum is included with the tuition. How convenient is that?
Art Masters are called Art Masters for a reason.
Simply put, because they are the best!
If your child has greatness in him or her, then this is THE camp for them. It’s very hard to become great at anything if you do not have intimate first-hand knowledge of the great ones who have come before you. Can you imagine the number of aspiring artists who just showed up at Raphael’s home begging for the chance to be trained by him or who wanted to be like Michelangelo in painting frescos? There is no one better than the in the instruction of Fine Arts than the staff of the Avianne Academy of the Arts.
However, we don’t just cover the Middle Ages or the Renaissance, we have more Modern Art geniuses like Picasso and a true Post-Modern giant like Andy Warhol who have carved out their place in Art History and even invented art styles and movements like Pop Art, Cubism, Expressionism, Postmodernism and more. If your child is serious about creating and committed to their success, we would love to meet them. The Art of the Masters Summer Camp is the most affordable investment that you can make into your child’s education.
We urge you to register quickly because our Summer Camps usually fill up fast. Early registration ends May 31, 2018, but we expect the class could very easily be at capacity sooner because there is no one better in the instruction of Fine Arts than the staff of the Avianne Academy of the Arts. Unfortunately, if the class fills it will be another year before we offer it again.
